While working in the oil and gas industry, TJ's passion for real estate ignited, leading him to purchase his first investment property in 2015. Inspired by his early success, TJ embarked on a transformative journey in the real estate industry, completing numerous wholesale and fix-and-flip transactions from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, TJ's entrepreneurial spirit led him to discover the lucrative short-term rental strategy, a game-changer that transformed his trajectory. With unwavering determination, TJ acquired and remodeled his first short-term rental property in November 2017. Since then, his portfolio has blossomed, encompassing a diverse array of single-family and multi-family properties. As he continued to scale his business, he is now also focused on acquiring boutique hotels and has currently acquired two hotels with more to come. Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, TJ meticulously furnishes and curates each property, transforming them into thriving full-time short-term rentals. Additionally, he has successfully implemented a rental arbitrage model for his full-time units.
